Local Stats at a Glance
In Grand Traverse County (at time of publishing on 12/12/2022) this is how the market has performed compared to the last 2 years:

The median Days On the Market (or, DOM) fell to just 42 days.
This is the 2nd consecutive year DOM has dropped, with 47 DOM in 2021, and 57 DOM in 2020.

The median sold price rose to $365,000.
This is higher for the second year in a row, from 2021’s $315,000 and $270,000 is 2020.
This is a median sold price increase of $94,000 since the onset of the pandemic.
What does this mean for you? Put simply, the same G.T. County home that sold for $400,000 back in 2020, could possibly sell today for $494,000, in 16 fewer days on the market.
