Dereck was born and raised in Houston. After getting married, he moved to Traverse City with his wife to be closer to her family. She is one part of the listing and buying process that sets our team apart and creates the B&C difference. Even before your listing hits the market, Erica works closely with your agent to strategize the marketing approach. She works diligently to expose your listing to the right buyers, utilizing the most effective channels in today’s real estate marketing: social media, email, online presence, mailers, and connections within our local real estate network. Erica executes all special marketing as well, making sure the story of your home is expertly produced and consistently promoted.
Listing Coordinator // Lynsey is our awesome listing coordinator. Lynsey joined the team with a background in business administration and many years of experience in title insurance. Lynsey leads our scrupulous listing process from the listing contract to the moment the home hits the market. She ensures client involvement and personalized care throughout. She works hand in hand with our sellers and the listing’s lead agent to make sure each home’s story is properly told and it is presented in the best light. Lynsey also helps manage our team leads, making sure no client inquiry, question, or showing request is left unanswered.
Client Care Coordinator // Megan is our rock star client care coordinator. She makes sure no detail slips through the cracks from offer to close – while keeping the client informed throughout the buying and selling experience. Handling everything behind the scenes after an offer is made, she generates an easy and seamless transition through all of the moving parts to a closing process. In addition to directing all the parties involved in a closing, Megan also works as our team tracking manager. An expert in both real estate and our team dynamic, she actively hunts for ways to create a smooth and well-oiled machine within the Brick & Corbett Group.
